Turbo dubbing twisters are hand made either from rare mammoth ivory (see first photo below) with damascus and bronze, or entirely from damascus. The rectangular cross sectional handle is stable and discourages rolling when hanging against the bobbin rest bar. When hanging, the weight of the Damascus steel holds dubbing tightly; a desirable property those who tie dubbing loops will appreciate
